This policy explains how Max Exam Lab handles information when you browse the website, create an account, complete practice activities or purchase a subscription.
Information we collect
- Account details such as email address, display name and authentication provider.
- Learning records such as attempts, answers, scores, progress and mistakes.
- Technical and usage data such as page views, browser information, approximate location and performance measurements.
- Subscription status, plan and billing references. Max Exam Lab does not store complete payment-card details.
How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts, save learning progress, personalise dashboards, secure access, operate subscriptions, improve website reliability and understand aggregate platform usage.
Service providers
Max Exam Lab uses service providers including Supabase for accounts and database services, Google for optional sign-in, Vercel for hosting and performance, PostHog for product analytics, and Lemon Squeezy for checkout, billing and subscription administration. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.
Sharing and sale of data
Personal information is not sold. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention and security
Account and learning data is retained while an account remains active and as reasonably necessary for service, security, legal and accounting purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing max.yamout.academic@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where legally required.
Updates
This policy may be updated as the platform develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
