Subscription Terms

These terms apply to Max Exam Lab Premium monthly and annual subscriptions.

Plans and renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. The price and billing interval are shown before purchase.

Payments

Checkout, taxes, receipts, payment methods and billing administration are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy as the payment service and merchant-of-record provider where applicable. Max Exam Lab does not store complete card details.

Managing a subscription

Open Subscription from the account menu or Dashboard → Membership → Manage subscription. The secure customer portal allows eligible customers to review billing history, update payment information, change available plans and cancel renewal.

Cancellation and remaining access

Cancellation stops future automatic renewal. Premium access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless a refund, chargeback, fraud decision or legal requirement changes that access. The dashboard shows the access-ending date and remaining-day countdown after cancellation is confirmed.

Failed payments

If renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry collection and send billing notices. Access may be restricted when a subscription becomes unpaid or expires.

Price changes

Any price change affecting renewal will be handled in accordance with the payment provider’s process and applicable notice requirements. Existing subscription pricing may remain unchanged unless the plan is changed.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes or VAT may be calculated during checkout based on customer and transaction information.
