By using Max Exam Lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Educational purpose
Max Exam Lab provides independent English-exam preparation and practice. Unless expressly stated, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official representative of any examination organisation or university. Practice results are educational indicators and do not guarantee an official exam result.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Information submitted must be accurate and the service must not be used unlawfully or to interfere with other users.
Content use
Platform interfaces, original materials, branding and content may not be copied, redistributed, resold, scraped or commercially exploited without written permission. Access is personal and non-transferable unless a separate institutional agreement applies.
Availability
The service may change as content and functionality improve. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Users must not bypass access controls, share paid access, attempt unauthorised system access, upload harmful code, abuse other users, or use automated systems to extract protected material.
Suspension
Accounts may be restricted or suspended for material violations, security risks, fraudulent payment activity or unlawful use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Max Exam Lab is not responsible for indirect losses, official exam outcomes, third-party service interruptions or decisions made solely from practice results.
