Quick answers before you contact support.
Find the essentials about accounts, English Practice, saved progress, Premium access and common troubleshooting.
Do I need an account to practise?
Public guest materials can be used without compulsory registration. An account is required for features that save personal progress, attempts or account-specific access.
What does a free account include?
A free account can provide a private profile, saved activity and progress features for content available to that account level. Premium exam access is separate.
How does Premium access work?
Premium access is exam-specific. IELTS, YDS, YÖKDİL and GRE access are handled separately, so purchasing one does not automatically unlock the others.
Where is my progress saved?
When a feature supports saved progress and you are signed in, the platform associates eligible activity with your account. Some temporary interface choices are also stored in your browser.
What should I do if a practice exercise does not load?
Return to the English Practice hub and try the card again. If the problem continues, report the exercise name, device, browser and what appeared on screen so support can reproduce it.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open your account or dashboard membership area and use the subscription-management option. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access until the current paid period ends.
Can I request a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed under the published Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Include your account email, purchase date and reason, but never send card numbers.
How do I report a mistake in a question or explanation?
Use Contact Us and choose the most relevant message type. Include the exam, test, question number and a short description of the suspected issue.
